Great topic! There should be a ton of ways to generate some excitement and some money to put to good use. I think everyone can get on board with this one...very useful.
Solution: Let the state and federal governments show us what the tribes already know - gambling. People can't wait to line up and toss their money in when it comes to lotteries, scratchers, pools, etc. The city of Sequim could be cashing in on that cow.
Seeking out and pursuing solutions will be a nice change from complaining about what is wrong with everything.
